Certified, Trained & Ready to Work Safely
Our skilled trade employees are required to complete OSHA’s latest safety courses. General foremen have completed the OSHA 30-hour course and foremen have completed the OSHA 10-hour course. These employees receive specialized training i.e., Confined Space Entry Certification, Lead Training Regulation, First Aid and CPR, etc. Skilled trade employees are also required to complete an 18-hour module online safety training program, attend mandatory monthly safety meetings, and participate in weekly toolbox talks.
